Forfeiture: If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within the specified 24-hour period, you will forfeit your deposit or any prepaid service. Same-Day Cancellation: Please be advised that cancelling on the same day of your appointment will result in being charged the remaining balance of the service.
